Grounding Exercise
There's only one reality, right?
I am safe here, I am everywhere. We're all on the same plane, right? I am safe here, we're everywhere together. We only dream of other worlds, right? I am safe here, I am here on Earth. We only have one voice, right? I say safe, and I know what that means. We are all living in the same life, right? I feel safe here, part of life here. I touch the blanket, feel the sun, so I am here and we are one. Tap tap tap, strum strum strum, I am here and we are one. Tap tap tap, strum strum strum, I am here and we are one. © 2014 Nicholas Emeigh |
