The Key
I've found the key to happiness
It isn't sex or wedded bliss It's being cool with all the things All circumstance and what it brings And knowing that you can not change A thing about the world's wide range Of good and bad and weird and strange But you can always rearrange You yourself can hold this key It wasn't molded just for me It's found in simple mindfulness That golden key of happiness © 2014 Nicholas Emeigh |

Notes: This poem was written on Sunday, March, 30, 2014. It's about having a fleeting moment of complete happiness and security. How often does that happen? It doesn't last very long, and neither does this poem.
